Update Time! PNG warning, IE users should download this to see it without artifacts...
Well a few speed bumps have affected the project I am working with and now we don't have a private FTP (currently to my knowledge) so I am lacking a secure place to post this even though I was urged not to post previews to my assets in open forums such as DA.
That aside now I need to post this to update my team members.
This is a render displaying the eyes of the character. Where as most CG models now-a-days have geometry for the eyes. That isn't to different than whats going on here I have some polygons behind the eyelids which use an eye texture. The trick here is instead of rotating the geometry (or the texture on the geometry of the eyes) I can just adjust the UV's and make the eyes look one way or the other with a small adjustment to the UV coordinates. Similarly I can make the character blink by editing the geometry of the eyelids without destroying the texture for the eyes.
I imagine this is something that has to be scripted into the characters but hopefully it won't be that difficult for our coders.
My only request on this is that, even though she's Kursed, she's still Krystal. Her eye color wouldn't change. I think she should have her original eye color, which would be more of a teal.
